Great Value : Synergy Sportz All Season Trekking Poles
I just bought these poles at Costco. They are easy to adjust if one follows the instructions attached...However I must say the instructions are horrible. These poles come with various attachments, without any instructions to say what to do with them. When searching the web, I was unable to find the manufacturer to get instructions. Fortunately my husband and I are quick learners and were able to adjust the poles to our satisfaction. We will use these next weekend. If the rating changes, I will be back. The only reason I have given 4 stars is due to lack of instructions...
